Top 7 Chelsea Players Who are Likely To Leave This Summer

Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is expected to make several changes at Stamford Bridge this summer as some of the first team players are considered to be sold out in order to bring some fresh world-class players.
Here comes the Top 7 Chelsea Players who are likely to leave this summer:

Diego Costa
Diego Costa had already decided he did not want to play for Antonio Conte any more, even before the text message that ended his Chelsea career.
Diego Costa, 28, scored 20 goals to help Chelsea life the Premier League title. But his season was soured by events in January when he had a bust up with Conte on the training ground and was dropped for the next match. The Spain international has since ruled out a move to China, which has increased the tension between him and Conte, and he insisted he would only consider a return to former club Atletico.

Michy Batshuayi
Signed for £33 million from Marseille last summer, Batshuayi quickly endeared himself to Chelsea fans with his raw potential social media posts but he never managed to earn the trust of Conte.
Just one Premier League start all season underlined that lack of faith, even if Batshuayi came off the substitutes' bench to score the goal that clinched the title away at West Brom.Chelsea are looking to bolster their attacking options this summer regardless of whether Diego Costa stays or goes and if they succeed, expect to see Batshuayi continuing his development at another Premier League club next season.

Nemanja Matic
Nemanja Matic played a big role in Chelsea’s Premier League title triumph last season.
United are widely expected to complete a deal for the Serbia international, despite him reportedly being only their third choice midfield target, with Tiemoue Bakayoko looking set to replace him at Stamford Bridge. United will look to drive down the price for Matic, with Chelsea reportedly demanding up to £40million for his services.

Thibaut Courtois
Thibaut Courtois is the wanted man for Real Madrid and they are reported to be keen to add a goalkeeper in the summer and Courtois.
Along with Manchester United's David De Gea and AC Milan's Gianluigi Donnarumma, has been linked with a move to the Bernabeu. Courtois, who had a three-year spell on loan for Atletico Madrid, has previously spoken of the lure of a return to the Spanish capital, where his daughter and former girlfriend live.

Kurt Zouma
Central defence is another area in which Conte is looking for significant upgrades and Virgil van Dijk, Jerome Boateng and Leonardo Bonucci are all on the list of potential targets.
Andreas Christensen will also be given a chance to impress in preseason after an excellent two-year loan spell at Borussia Monchengladbach. All of which means opportunities will be even more limited for Zouma, who has completed 90 minutes just four times since making his first-team return from a serious knee injury in January.

Loic Remy
Remy is a talented striker but his time at Chelsea has not taken off the way he would have hoped.
Last season he was loaned to Crystal Palace but could not find the track to impress Conte.
Despite his talent, he is unlikely to replace Diego Costa as the first chd in oice striker and is at the stage of his career where he needs game time. He can leave Stamford Bridge with clubs interested in French footballer.

Eden Hazard
Zinedine Zidane is a big fan of the Belgian and reports claim he’s always wanted him on board at the Bernabeu.
They add Hazard is also a fan of the Spanish giants and fancies playing for them during his career. Real reportedly see Hazard as the perfect replacement for James Rodriguez. But they add Chelsea have no interest in selling Hazard - who is out until September with an ankle problem - this summer.
