Manuel Peter Neuer is a German professional footballer who plays for Bundesliga club Bayern Munich and the Germany national team.

He is a goalkeeper and serves as captain for Bayern Munich and captain of Germany. He is the current holder of the IFFHS World's Best Goalkeeper award, which he has won for the past four consecutive years since 2013.

With 725 appearances for the club, Casillas is Madrid's second most capped player of all-time after Raúl.
