5 Possible Candidates for Barcelona Job

Luis Enrique has announced that he will step down as Barcelona manager at the end of the season.
The Spaniard made the call following Barca's 6-1 thrashing of Sporting Gijon at the Nou Camp, insisting that he needed some time away from football. He won't be at Barcelona next season.

Here comes the Top 5 Possible Replacement for Luis Enrique;

Ronald Koeman
Koeman is a former Barcelona star who has been linked with the job.
Everton boss Koeman is among the leading candidates for the role.As well as being a former Barcelona player, the Catalans have a have a strong Dutch connection with Johan Cruyff, Frank Rijkaard and Louis van Gaal among their ex-managers.He has made no secret of the fact that he would like to manage Barcelona one day.

Jorge Sampaoli
Sampaoli has impressed since taking the Sevilla job.
Sampaoli is not only the bookmakers' favourite, he is also the most fancied man for the job in Spain.
Former Chile boss Sampaoli has inspired Sevilla's title challenge in La Liga this season and was almost handed the Chelsea job ahead of Antonio Conte last summer. As well as his immediate success in Spain, Sampaoli has a Copa America title to his name after leading his nation to victory over Argentina in 2015.

Ernesto Valverde
Valverde has been touted as a potential replacement for Enrique.
Valverde has emerged as one of the favourites for the Barcelona post. The Athletic Bilbao boss is reportedly being considered as one of the best viable options to take the reigns at the Nou Camp.
Like Sampaoli, Valverde plays an attacking brand of football that is thought would play right into the hands of the likes of Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar.

Mauricio Pochettino
Pochettino is one of the best managers in the football world.
Pochettino has claimed that he is "very happy" at Tottenham - but we all know things can change very quickly in football. The Argentinian has lived in Barcelona before, having moved to Espanyol as a player - and later as manager - in 2004. Pochettino has worked wonders with Tottenham, turning them for a top-half team into title contenders in just two and a half seasons in charge at White Hart Lane.

Arsene Wenger
Wenger was touted as a potential replacement for Enrique earlier this month.
While it is certainly unlikely, the idea of the Arsenal manager swapping the Emirates for the Nou Camp was well received by some in Spain. However, reports have since claimed that Wenger does not fit in bill in the mind of Barcelona officials. Wenger has hinted that he could continue coaching at the end of the season away from Arsenal, but we will still throw this one on the unlikely pile.
